Eggs 50% 5000 g
Oil (rape) 55% 5500 g
Water approx. 2,5% 250 g
Working method
Kneading Mix all ingredients into a well batter (4 min.).
Scale Approx. 400 grams
Baking Approx. 45 minutes at 170-180ºC.
