Working method
Kneading Mix all ingredients into a well developed dough.
Dough temperature Approx. 26ºC.
Scale Approx. 450 grams.
Bench proof Approx. 15 minutes.
Moulding Mould as on the photo or as you wish and decorate with flour.
Final proof Approx. 60 minutes.
Baking Approx. 30 minutes at 225ºC, with steam.
