CreationS Pumpkin is suitable for loaves and in particular for specialities such as soft rolls. The premix contains a high proportion of pumpkin seeds and other seeds including linseed, toasted sesame and rye. CreationS Pumpkin combines very well with CreationS Dark Malt and CreationS Malted Wheat.
The doughs have a good extensibility, are dry and easy to process (both in traditional and industrial processes) and are very tolerant.
The generous proportion of pumpkin seeds and other seeds provides characteristic end products. Your bread is very soft, with an excellent mouth feel. The higher the dose of CreationS Pumpkin, the softer the bread.
