Vital Plus 25% Vital Plus 25% is a concentrated bread mix for multigrain bread. This premix includes salt, but no bread improver. Bread baked with this premix is very tasty thanks to the added rye sourdough and the excellent blend of linseeds, sesame and sunflower seeds.
