Vitason Volfit is suitable for all types of wholemeal bread and can be used for all preparation processes. Bread baked with Vitason Volfit even contains 50% more fibre than ‘ordinary' bread. The bread mix results in an excellent volume and a deliciously soft crumb.
Vitason Volfit has been developed without the addition of any aromas and without adding malt.
