Vitason Gerst is generously filled with millet, linseed, maize, malted wheat flakes and sunflower seeds. Vitason Gerst enables you to bake a delicious bread with an attractive brown crumb colour and a crispy crust.
In collaboration with Koningshoeven Abbey, famous for its traditional La Trappe trappist beer, Sonneveld has developed a special bread for the consumer: Koningshoeven Gerstemout. The unique mix of barley, malt and roasted onions give Koningshoeven Gerstemout an authentic flavour with a full-bodied character. In order to emphasise the product’s authenticity, Koningshoeven Abbey has been incorporated into the name and logo of Gerstemout bread.
