CreationS Sunflower is suitable for preparing various loaves and rolls and specialities such as baguettes and laminated products. You can bake a highly characteristic bread thanks to the high proportion of sunflower seeds and other seeds including linseed, toasted sesame seeds and extruded maize. CreationS Sunflower can be combined very well with CreationS Cheese.

The doughs have a good extensibility, are dry and easy to process (both in traditional and industrial processes) and are very tolerant.

Your bread is very soft, with an excellent mouth feel. The generous proportion of sunflower seeds and other seeds makes for a highly characteristic end product. The higher the dose of CreationS Sunflower, the softer the bread.
