Proson Uni-force Royal » 0,5% 50 g
Water approx. 55% 5500 g
Working method
Kneading Mix all ingredients into a well developed dough.
Dough temperature Approx. 26ºC.
Scale Approx. 450 grams.
Bench proof Approx. 15 mintues.
Moulding Mould as on the photo or as you wish and decorate with cheese.
Final proof Approx. 60 minutes.
Baking Approx. 30 minutes at 225ºC, with steam.
