Ingredients

American Cream Cake Vanilla » 100% 10000 g
Eggs 35% 3500 g
Oil 30% 3000 g
Water approx. 22.5% 2250 g
Working method
Mixing Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat for 1 minute at slow speed
Mixing Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue beating for 4 minutes at medium speed
Scale Approx. 400 grams
Baking Approx. 35-40 minutes at 170-180ºC.
