| Eggs | 35% | 3500 g |
| Oil | 30% | 3000 g |
| Water approx. | 22.5% | 2250 g |
| Working method | |
| Mixing | Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat for 1 minute at slow speed |
| Mixing | Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue beating for 4 minutes at medium speed |
| Scale | Approx. 400 grams |
| Baking | Approx. 35-40 minutes at 170-180ºC. |
