| Mixing | Mix all the ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough |
| Scale | Approx. 1700 grams (30 pieces) and round them |
| Intermediair proof | Approx. 10 minutes |
| Moulding | Dividing and rounding. After decorating, put the dough pieces on a baking tray. Press the pieces after 10 minutes |
| Final proof | Approx. 90-100 minutes |
| Baking | Approx. 8 minutes at 240ºC, no steam |
