Decoration
Pumpkin /sesame seeds (50-50) 7% 700 g
Working method
Baking Approx. 30-35 minutes at 225ºC, with a small amount of steam
Kneading Mix all ingredients into a well developed dough
Dough temperature Approx. 26ºC
Scale Approx. 450 grams
Dough proof Approx. 15 minutes
Moulding Mould as a loaf and decorate with pumpkin/sesame seeds
Final proof Approx. 60-70 minutes
Cut If desired, cut diagonally
