Decoration
Sunflower seeds 10% 1000 g
Working method
Mixing Mix all ingredients in to a well developed dough
Dough temperature Approx. 27ºC
Scale Approx. 815 grams
Intermediair proof Approx. 35 minutes
Moulding Mould as a tinbread and decorate with sunflower seeds
Final proof Approx. 65 minutes
Baking Approx. 40 minutes at 235ºC with a lid
