Where can I buy this Sonneveld product?

Sonneveld sells her products via the main office in The Netherlands or via local sales offices or agents. Please check the Contact page for the nearest Sonneveld office or for the agent in your area take a look at the list of agents. Are the products from Sonneveld Halal?

Yes, all the products from Sonneveld are Halal. Sonneveld has a special halal certificate.

Are the products from Sonneveld Kosher?

For specific requests Sonneveld can produce Kosher under supervision of a rabbi. For more information contact customer service.

Bread improvers - Reprocessing bread
Is there an increased risk of rope when processing old bread?
Under the right conditions and providing the right procedural advice is followed, Sonextra Sustain will reduce the risk of rope (Bacillus mesentericus) when processing old bread. The bread to be processed may be no more than three days old.
Is Sonextra Sustain suitable for every bakery?
In principle yes. However, contact your account manager or Sonneveld to find out about the reprocessing bread options open to you.
Can I use Sonextra Sustain for reprocessing any type of bread?
Yes, Sonextra Sustain is suitable for all types of bread. However, the waste flow does need to be kept separate, as a result of the declaration of allergens, labelling information and nutritional values.
Can I also use Sonextra Sustain as a sourdough starter?
No, Sonextra Sustain is not suitable as a sourdough starter.
What kind of equipment will I need?
Your bakery will need at least 1 sourdough tank with mixing facilities.

My Sonneveld account
How can I add product specifications to my account?

When logged in to 'My Sonneveld' please select the item 'My product specs'. You are now in your personal overview of product specifications. Please use the 'Add specification of standard product product' button to select product specifications from the list. Then use the 'Update product specifications' button to update your personal list. You can add specifications for tailor-made products to your account by requesting them via the appropriate form.

You can also add products to your overview from a product page. To do so, select the 'Add to my products' button. The relevant product specification will automatically be added to your list.

How can I add products to my account?

Go to the relevant product page on our website*. Select the 'Add to my products' button on the product page. The product and product specification will now be shown in 'My products' and "My product specs'.

* Use the product finder in the lower left corner of the products page to navigate to a specific product.

What happens with my details?
Sonneveld is committed to safeguarding personal information. The details that you enter when registering are necessary to identify you and your company. Sonneveld will not hand out this information to third parties. More information can be found in the privacy statement.
I can't register. What is the problem?

The use of an e-mail address that is already in our database in the most common error. Perhaps you have registered before. You can check this by requesting your password. An e-mail address can only be used once in our database. Please check if the e-mail address is not in use by one of your co workers. 
If you are still not able to register, please contact our customer service department.
N.B. Your account needs to be confirmed. You do this by clicking the link that you will receive in an e-mail which will be send to the e-mail address that you have entered.

How does 'My Sonneveld' work?

Register as a user of the Sonneveld website. You then have access to your personal 'My Sonneveld' page. After registering, you can create your own password and change this at any given moment. Using our online services is easy with a 'My Sonneveld' account. You can manage product specifications, you enter details just once and you sign on or off for Sonneveld newsletters quickly.
