Terms of employment

Work and income
Employees can count on a package that reflects market rates. In addition to the basic salary, each staff member is eligible for a bonus based on operating profits and personal results achieved. Sonneveld Group adheres to the collective labour agreement negotiated for the vegetable and fruit processing industry.

Work and leisure time
At Sonneveld Group, full-time employees covered by the collective labour agreement are entitled to 25 leave days and 11.5 ATV (working hours reduction) days. Those in senior positions are not entitled to ATV days but get 26 leave days.

Work and development

We offer our employees excellent training opportunities. Personal development plans are drawn up for each member of staff. We have also recently launched a Management Development programme.

Work and family
Sonneveld Group reimburses part of the costs of childcare in accordance with the current Dutch statutory childcare provisions, i.e. 1/6 of the total costs. There are sufficient opportunities for part-time work, parental leave and carer's leave.

Insurances
As an employer, Sonneveld Group places value on a healthy insurance package, including:
* a median salary pension with the possibility of saving an additional sum annually
* a collective health insurance policy to which Sonneveld contributes
* collective insurance policies to address both the invalidity benefit shortfall and the ANW gap (surviving relatives' provision)
* a collective accident and death insurance concluded for all employees
