14 July 2010 - Changed packaging for aerosol release agents (Product News)

The aerosols for Sonneveld’s Pancoating Spray and Goldwax Spray release agents have changed.  Both aerosols will have a whole new look from July.  However, the trusted high release power remains unchanged.

Pancoating Spray and Goldwax Spray
The Sonneveld Group B.V. has recently implemented a complete renewal of its release agent assortment.  This includes a change to the Pancoating Spray and Goldwax Spray aerosols.  The trusted high release power remains unchanged, but the aerosols have been given a new look.  Both aerosols are handy for use with small scale production or for the release of specific pastry products.  Pancoating Spray is a universal release agent and can be used for both bread and pastry.  Goldwax Spray has a higher release power and is therefore ultimately suitable for releasing pastry products with a high egg-white and sugar content.  The new packaging will be introduced during the course of July.
