29 December 2011 - Sonneveld prolonged ISO 9001 certificate (Corporate News)

Sonneveld is proud to announce it succeeded the ISO 9001 audit with which the current ISO 9001 certificate will be prolonged. This is an indication to both the organisation and its customers that the organisation operates in a predetermined and structured way when it comes to quality management (care, control and assurance). Sonneveld is proud that it can constantly meet these requirements.

What is a ISO 9001 certificate?
A company will only receive an ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) 9001 certification if it fulfils the requirements of the standard. In this standard, the quality on paper and the policy must be known to all employees.

The organisation must provide an increased customer satisfaction by meeting the demands and wishes of the customer and also the regulatory requirements applicable to the product or service which the organisation provides. The organisation also has to manage all business processes.
