This breadmix helps you to bake a healthy and tasty multi-grain bread that is perfectly suited to the autumn and winter seasons. By adjusting form and decoration, you can use Vitason Multigranen to make a variety that is quite your own, and so meet the wishes of your customers even better.

The consumertest on Vitason Multigranen had a very positive result. Our panel found Pains des Ardennes bread to be tasteful and attractive. Pains des Ardennes has a nice lightbrown crumb colour and a crispy crust. The filling of linseed, roasted pieces of soyabean, sunflowerseed and sesameseed gives this bread its lovely taste. Bakers who have tested Vitason Multigranen were very pleased with the process, the oven spring and ease with which they can make this lovely bread.
