Akkerbrood is a delicious artisanal and rustic special bread that can be baked with Vitason Korenmout. It has been inspired by the dutch acres. This bread is delicious and fits a well-balanced eating pattern. The consumertest on Vitason Korenmout had a very positive result. Our panel found Akkerbrood to be tasteful and attractive. Akkerbrood has a nice brown crumb colour and a crispy crust. Bakers who have tested Vitason Korenmout were very pleased with the process, the oven spring and ease with which they can make this lovely bread.
