Vitason Rijst (rice)
Vitason Rice is a premix which helps you bake a healthy and tasty rice bread that is perfectly suited to the summer season.

Vitason Rice is a special mix with rice as filling. The rice gives the bread a surprisingly light and crispy character. Bakers can use Vitason Rijst to bake both crispy and soft breads. The mix was inspired by the Camargue area of southern France, where rice has been cultivated for centuries. Which is why Sonneveld has named the bread varieties which can be made with Vitason Rijst 'Pain de Camargue'.

By adjusting form and decoration, you can use Vitason Rijst to make a variety that is quite your own, and so meet the wishes of your customers even better.

The consumertest on Vitason Rijst had a very positive result. Our panel found Pain de Camargue to be surprisingly tasteful. Pains de Camargue has a nice light crumb colour and a crispy crust. Bakers who have tested Vitason Rijst were very pleased with the process, the oven spring and ease with which they can make this lovely bread.
