Sondoral Gold has been developed as release agent for bread and pastry products. All products in the Gold range contain high vegetable oils and waxes and offer many benefits. Sondoral Gold delays carbonisation on baking trays and tins, thus preventing perforated baking trays from clogging up. Gold products are also ideal for silicone and Teflon baking forms. No carbonised residues are left behind on the baking forms, the result is a clean end product and longer lifespan for baking trays. Sondoral Gold is very suitable for end products with a long shelf life. Sondoral Gold is suited to dough retarding processes, cooling and freezing.


Packaging
Sondoral Gold products are available in 20-litre jerrycans, 210-litre barrels or 1.000-litre containers.
