The Liquison Shortening range of Sonneveld consists of liquid shortenings for various bread types.

Liquison Shortenings influence special bread characteristics and they are dosed on top of a bread improver. Liquison products are specially developed for automated production processes in industrial bakeries.

All Liquison products can be pumped and accurately dosed automatically. Moreover, the closed dosing system meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since Liquison contains no salt, it provides optimum flexibility. A closed system not only contributes to the highest quality standards, but also to safer working conditions, while reducing the risk of allergies.

Liquison ensures doughs with perfect workability. These liquid bread improvers achieve better bread, a regular crumb structure and superior softness. The high fat content of Liquison gives the bread an excellent mouthfeel, including the characteristic short bite.
