When developing Proson XS, Sonneveld has combined specific knowledge and years of experience with the latest technologies. The result is a new series of bread characteristic influencers. These are products that enhance a specific characteristic. Proson XS is the first in this range. Added to your current bread improver it gives your bread a demonstrable long-lasting softness. Hence Proson XS, Extra Soft.

All products in the Proson range have the added benefit of being very easy to process. It also has excellent dough processing qualities. Proson XS is very easy to measure into almost any required quantity without having to use scales. Thanks to the unique properties of this product, dirty hands, work surfaces and baking utensils are a thing of the past. Furthermore, in contrast with other bread improvers no dust is formed.
