Bread improver in powder form, suitable for white bread.

QS Witte Mik bread is suitable for all white bread varieties prepared according to an extra long process (double bulk fermentation). QS Witte Mik offers a very low oven spring, a creamy crumb colour and also provides an authentic flavour and aroma.

Based on feedback from consumer panels, Sonneveld has developed a series of extra-enriched bread improvers characterised by their special flavour and aroma. Only ingredients of the highest quality are used for the QS line of bread improvers in powder form. Simply by using QS, every end product will be a cut above the rest.

Our QS bread improvers in powder form are also suited to dough retarding processes or frozen dough processes.
