Bread improver in powder form, suitable for wheat malt buns.

QS Tarwemoutbollen is suitable for soft luxury wheat and wholemeal rolls. The special combination of malt varieties explains its special flavour and aroma.

Based on feedback from consumer panels, Sonneveld has developed a series of extra-enriched bread improvers characterised by their special flavour and aroma. Only ingredients of the highest quality are used for the QS line of bread improvers in powder form. Simply by using QS, every end product will be a cut above the rest.

Our QS bread improvers in powder form are also suited to dough retarding processes or frozen dough processes.
