Proson Wit Prestige is the block improver for white tin bread with a low oven spring.

Tin bread baked using this block improver is characterised by a low, even oven spring and a moderate final volume. Your bread will offer superior softness, making it ideal for home freezing by the consumer because it will not dry out and crumble.

This block improver has the added benefit of being very easy to process. It also has excellent dough processing qualities. Proson Wit Prestige is very easy to measure into almost any required quantity without having to use scales. Thanks to the unique properties of this product, dirty hands, work surfaces and baking utensils are a thing of the past. Furthermore, in contrast with other bread improvers no dust is formed.
