This all-in bread improver enables accurate adjustment for your desired dough properties and end quality. It ensures a generous volume, easy bake and extra softness and aroma.

All Liquison products can be pumped and accurately dosed automatically. Moreover, the closed dosing system meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since Liquison contains no salt, it provides optimum flexibility.
