Liquison Bruin is a bread improver in liquid form, making it automatically and variably doseable. Liquison Bruin is the liquid solution for brown and wholemeal bread (tin bread, free standing). This all-in bread improver enables accurate adjustment for your desired dough properties and end quality. It ensures a generous volume and extra softness. Liquison Bruin contains malt.

All Liquison products can be pumped and accurately dosed automatically. Moreover, the closed dosing system meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since Liquison contains no salt, it provides optimum flexibility. A closed system not only contributes to the highest quality standards, but also to safer working conditions, while reducing the risk of allergies.
