Liquison Vruchten is the first all-in-one bread improver in liquid form for making currant buns and other fruit bread varieties. This means accurate adjustment for your desired dough properties and end quality. Your end products will have citrus flavour and a fresh yellow crumb colour.

All Liquison products can be pumped and accurately dosed automatically. Moreover, the closed dosing system meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since Liquison contains no salt, it provides optimum flexibility. A closed system not only contributes to the highest quality standards, but also to safer working conditions, while reducing the risk of allergies.
