Proson Krokant Malt is the block improver with malt extract for crusty bread varieties.

Bread baked with Proson Krokant Malt has a particularly appealing aroma and a delicious flavour thanks to the malt extracts added. Other properties are a long-lasting, crispy crust and a characteristically short bite. Proson Krokant Malt ensures supple handling and a high oven spring.

This block improver has the added benefit of being very easy to process. It also has excellent dough processing qualities. Proson Krokant Malt is very easy to measure into almost any required quantity without having to use scales. Thanks to the unique properties of this product, dirty hands, work surfaces and baking utensils are a thing of the past. Furthermore, in contrast with other bread improvers no dust is formed.
