Liquison Short Special is a bread improver in liquid form, making it automatically and variably doseable. It is the liquid solution for an optimum oven spring and extra softness. This product is ideal as an addition to existing bread improvers to achieve an optimum oven spring and extra softness.

All Liquison products can be pumped and accurately dosed automatically. Moreover, the closed dosing system meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since Liquison contains no salt, it provides optimum flexibility.
