Bread improver in powder form for all types of brown bread.

QS Bruine Mik is suitable for all brown bread varieties and can be used in any preparation process. QS Bruine Mik provides a reddish-brown crumb colour, an excellent malt aroma and additionally offers superior softness.

Based on feedback from consumer panels, Sonneveld has developed a series of extra-enriched bread improvers characterised by their special flavour and aroma. Only ingredients of the highest quality are used for the QS line of bread improvers in powder form. Simply by using QS, every end product will be a cut above the rest.

Our QS bread improvers in powder form are also suited to dough retarding processes or frozen dough processes.
