QS Zacht Luxe is suitable for soft luxury rolls and provides extra tolerance, a vivid crust colour and a full aroma.

Based on feedback from consumer panels, Sonneveld has developed a series of extra-enriched bread improvers characterised by their special flavour and aroma. Only ingredients of the highest quality are used for the QS line of bread improvers in powder form. Simply by using QS, every end product will be a cut above the rest.
