Proson Limburgse Vlaai is the block improver for baking a top-quality griddle cakes.

Products baked with Proson Limburgse Vlaai have the typical short bite of a good flan. The bottom is smooth yet firm, even after being stored in the freezer for a time. In addition, Proson Limburgse Vlaai provides a fine gold-brown crust colour. Proson Limburgse Vlaai not only enables you to make the best flans but also the tastiest griddle cakes. Your griddle cakes will be nice and smooth, will stay soft for longer and have a short bite.

This block improver has the added benefit of being very easy to process. It also has excellent dough processing qualities. Proson Limburgse Vlaai is very easy to measure into almost any required quantity without having to use scales. Thanks to the unique properties of this product, dirty hands, work surfaces and baking utensils are a thing of the past. Furthermore, in contrast with other bread improvers no dust is formed.
