Bread improver in powder form for traditional Dutch Christmas and Easter fruit bread.

QS Boterstol bread improver in powder form is suitable for all butter-based festive breads. QS Boterstol provides a buttery soft crumb and a butter/vanilla aroma.

Based on feedback from consumer panels, Sonneveld has developed a series of extra-enriched bread improvers characterised by their special flavour and aroma. Only ingredients of the highest quality are used for the QS line of bread improvers in powder form. Simply by using QS, every end product will be a cut above the rest.

Our QS bread improvers in powder form are also suited to dough retarding processes or frozen dough processes.
