Vitason Pompoen is a premix for tasteful, wheat bread based on ryeflour and toasted malt flour, enriched with pumpkinseeds and linseed.

Vitason Pompoen was developed for baking pumpkin bread and is based on rye flour and roasted malt flour, richly filled with pumpkin seeds and brown linseed. Vitason Pumpkin gives your breads an attractive light brown crumb, a crispy crust and, thanks to the pumpkin seeds, it really makes them stand out.

The consumertest on Vitason Pompoen had a very positive result. Our panel found Vita-Pumpkin bread to be tasteful and attractive. Vita-Pumpkin bread has a nice soft brown crumb colour, a crispy crust and looks deliciously because of the pumpkinseeds. Bakers who have tested Vitason Pompoen were very pleased with the process, the oven spring and ease with which they can make this lovely bread.
