Bread improver in paste form for the preparation of luxury bread.

Crème de Luxe is a paste bread improver for the preparation of luxury types of bread. It ensures nicely baked specialty products with a golden crust colour, a warm colour of the crumb and a lovely butter aroma. Your end products be be very soft and have a 'short bite'.

Use Crème de Luxe for all your French/Belgian bakery specialties such as sandwiches, kramiek, raisin buns, sugar loaf and brioch.
