A vegetable-based release agent for bread and difficult to release pastry products. Sondoral Goldwax 100 has a high release power and is specially developed to adhere to the sides of hot baking tins (> 50º C). This product is best sprayed using airmix systems.

Packaging
Sondoral Goldwax 100 is available in 20-litre jerrycans, 210-litre barrels or 1.000-litre containers.
