Proson Taste A breadimprover in block form which makes high dose of salt superfluous and improves the character and flavour the bread. By using Proson Taste, the amount of salt required can be reduced. By adding 1% of Proson Taste, you can reduce the amount of salt in your bread recipe by no less than 50%, without this reduction being detrimental to the bread flavour. After all, thanks to the fat that Proson Taste contains, the flavour is kept better than by powder. Proson Taste is not a flavour enhancer, but flavour-enriching agent. If you want to stick to the amount of salt prescribed by the recipe, you can simply use Proson Taste to enrich the flavour. The higher the dose of Proson Taste, the richer the flavour. The use of Proson Taste does not affect the workability of the dough, for Proson Taste contains ingredients that do not render the dough sticky or limp. When cutting salt, you can also reduce the amount of yeast. When cutting the amount of salt by 50% (adding 1% instead of the usual 2%), the amount of yeast can go down by as much as 10%.
