In modern medium-sized and industrial bakeries, the dosing of flour, water and yeast is usually done automatically. However, bread improvers are often still added by hand. With Liquison, Sonneveld meets the demand from the industrial bakery for liquid bread improvers. Liquison is automatically dosed and added via a closed system. Which makes it particularly accurate, hygienic and safe!

Sonneveld was one of the first to launch a complete range of liquid bread improvers for fully automated bakery processes. With the Liquison range, Sonneveld is meeting the demand from customers to be able to vary quality levels in a controlled manner within the industrial bakery. Besides more control, Liquison liquid bread improvers also offer better safety, efficiency and a higher yield.

Use
All Liquison products can be pumped and accurately dosed automatically. Moreover, the closed dosing system meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since Liquison contains no salt, it provides optimum flexibility. A closed system not only contributes to the highest quality standards, but also to safer working conditions, while reducing the risk of allergies.

Properties
Liquison delivers doughs with perfect workability. These liquid bread improvers achieve better bread, a regular crumb structure and superior softness. The high fat content of Liquison gives the bread an excellent mouthfeel, including the characteristic short bite.

Range
Sonneveld supplies a large number of Liquison varieties. It is a simple matter to add extra suppleness, softness and volume, or to adjust each to suit your own individual requirements.
