imageInternational Development Days in EBIC
On 7, 8 and 9 July EBIC was host to the Interactive Development Days, organised by Sonneveld. Technical bakery specialists and commercial bakery managers from across Europe were invited to demonstrate skills and share experiences. Inspiration was the main objective of these three days. Sonnevelds colleagues and business partners from Norway, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Holland took active part in the interchange of knowledge and recipes of local variaties of bread.
