Release advice

The Sonneveld release advice tool gives bakers advice about the ideal release agent for their desired end product and baking process.

The tool allows bakers to enter various criteria including the desired end product, shelf life, baking material and application method. On the basis of these criteria, it then generates a recommendation for the optimum release agent.
