First of all I want to wish u, on behalf of all Sonneveld employees, a happy and successful new year. 2013 was a turbulent year in the bakery industry. Despite the crisis, we have helped many bakers by introducing new innovations and products and to support them. Next to that we have made new steps with the certifications and sustainable palm oil.


From February 23 till February 27, the Gulfood exhibition will take place in the Dubai World Trade Centre. Gulfood is the Middle East’s leading and largest food, drink, foodservice and hospitality exhibition. This year Sonneveld is also present at this exhibition with the latest technical innovations related to softness products, which is a growing section in the bakery industry.
