The Sonnet Donutbase is a complete donutmix which has a very good cost in use. With the Sonnet Donutbase you can make donuts or berliner with very little fat absorbtion en excellent softness.

Sonnet Donutbase has excellent frying properties and a very low fat absorption. The softness is nice and longlasting.

The dough properties are excellent, with good tolerance and the shelf-life of the end product is long.
