RTU Tiger Paste

RTU Tiger Paste is part of Sonneveld’s Bread Extra's range that offers the specialist baker a series of decorative products and character influencers. These special products allow you to adjust the softness, colour and look of your products. With ready to use Tiger Paste you are able to create a great UK tiger print on your tin loaves, bloomer, rolls or any other breads. The bread products you create with the Tiger Paste have an excellent flavour and provide more distinction in your product range.

Applying the RTU Tiger Paste UK

The ready to use Tiger Paste is applied easily over the bread dough before final proof, by spray or brush. Because of the right viscosity the product will be spread evenly for excellent covering and will stay attached on top of the bread products. The original Tiger print will appear during the baking.
