Proson CL is a multipurpose bread improver in blockform for white and whole meal bread, sandwich bread, bloomers and tin breads. It is based on the latest enzyme technology.
Proson’s high fat content, in a clever combination with the other ingredients, guarantees excellent dough properties and a high dough tolerance. The results are wonderfully supple yet dry dough’s that are easy to work. It gives a good baking ability and a high process tolerance.
