Proson Volkoren (wholemeal)

Proson Volkoren (wholemeal) is a bread improver in blockform and is suitable for your complete range of wholemeal breads (Graham bread) and provides extra support and tolerance for weaker flours.

Bread baked with Proson Volkoren has an even oven spring, an attractive malt aroma and a fine, reddish-brown crumb colour. In addition, wholemeal bread baked with Proson Volkoren is excellent for freezing. The bread does not dry out and will not crumble.

This block improver has the added benefit of being very easy to process. It also has excellent dough processing qualities. Proson Volkoren is very easy to measure into almost any required quantity without having to use scales. Thanks to the unique properties of this product, dirty hands, work surfaces and baking utensils are a thing of the past. Furthermore, in contrast with other bread improvers no dust is formed.
