Working method / Dosage
Traditional cake: 2000 g Credi Cake Speciaal, 1000 g butter / margarine, 1000 g egg. Farmhouse cake: 2000 g Credi Cake Speciaal, 1100 g butter / margarine, 1000 egg. Smooth the butter / margarine at 20°C. Add the cake mix and egg of 20°C. Mix lightly for about 4 minutes in second gear. Bake for 50 min. at 175°C.
