Sonplus Soft Silk

Sonplus Soft Silk is a bread improver, especially developed for toast bread with a long shelf life. Next to that it is suitable for four piece processes and other white breads and buns. It gives the bread a fine white and soft crumb.

This bread improver is an excellent shelf life extender, the bread is softer after baking and will stay softer for longer. The recipe includes the Sonneveld anti-staling technology, a well-balanced combination of enzymes and emulsifiers.

Sonplus Soft Silk improves the dough, dough handling is easy and it gives a good process tolerance. For an even longer shelf-life, Sonplus Soft Silk can be combined with an anti-moulding preservative.
