Kneading | Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough |
Dough temperature | Approx. 26°C |
Scale | Dough pieces approx. 800 grams and rounding |
Dough proof | Approx. 50 minutes |
Moulding | Mould as a long loaf Decorate with a mixture of sunflower and sesame seeds and place the dough pieces into toast baking tins |
Final proof | Approx. 60 minutes (3/4 proofing time) |
Processing | Just before baking place the lids on the baking tins |
Baking | Approx. 35 minutes at 220°C |
