Water ca. 115% 1150-1200 g
Working method
Mixing Mix all ingredients in first speed approx. 5 minutes into a smooth batter
Processing Ironing approx. 1100 grams batter as thin as possible on a greased baking tray of 60 x 80 cm
Baking Approx. 10 minutes at 180ºC
Cutting Cut the dried batter directly from the oven to your desired dimensions
Baking Finaly fry off. approx. 45 minutes at 170ºC
